GPU workers

Edit ~/.local/share/openspline/workers.yaml. Each worker runs one active session; GPU assignments cannot overlap.

For High quality, assign a GPU pair and prepare the models:

sh ~/.local/share/openspline/run.sh --prepare

Remove OPENSPLINE_GPU, OPENSPLINE_GPUS, and OPENSPLINE_QUALITY overrides when using multiple workers. Set OPENSPLINE_HOST, OPENSPLINE_PORT, and OPENSPLINE_PUBLIC_URL in the installed .env for remote access. Use HTTPS for remote microphone access; WebRTC also needs reachable UDP ports or TURN in ice_servers. Busy workers return CapacityError. An unconfigured quality returns ConfigurationError.
